Terms of Use

These Terms of Use govern access to and use of the Andoxa platform, available at andoxa.fr and app.andoxa.fr. Andoxa lets the User describe their ideal customer profile; an artificial-intelligence agent translates that description into a search across French public registers (INSEE Sirene / API Recherche d'Entreprises, INPI RNE, BODACC) and builds deduplicated company lists, in which every value is accompanied by its provenance, within workspaces.

Definitions:

• Service: all the features and services offered by Andoxa.
• User: any natural or legal person who accesses the Service.
• Publisher: ANDOXA SAS, responsible for publishing the Service.
• Workspace: the space in which the User builds and manages their company lists.

Access to and use of the Service imply the User's unreserved acceptance of these Terms of Use. The Publisher reserves the right to amend the Terms of Use at any time. Changes will be notified to the User by any appropriate means and will take effect on the date of their publication on the site.

Access to the Service is provided 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, except in cases of force majeure or events beyond the Publisher's control. The Publisher reserves the right to interrupt access to the Service for maintenance, without this incurring any liability.

As the Service is under construction, its features may evolve, be modified or be withdrawn without notice. The Publisher implements appropriate security measures to protect data and ensure the availability of the Service. The User is nevertheless informed that no system is entirely secure.

Some features of the Service require the creation of an account. The User undertakes to provide accurate and up-to-date information when registering. The User is responsible for keeping their credentials confidential and for all activity carried out under their account.

The User undertakes to use the Service in compliance with applicable law, in particular the GDPR for any further processing of the data obtained through the Service, and not to infringe the rights of third parties. It is prohibited to:

• Use the Service for unlawful purposes, in particular for prospecting that does not comply with the applicable regulations.
• Massively extract, resell or redistribute the data or features of the Service without the Publisher's prior authorization.
• Disrupt the operation of the Service, circumvent its technical limitations or attempt to access unauthorized areas.

All elements of the Service, including trademarks, logos, text, images and software, are protected by intellectual property law. The User is granted a limited, non-exclusive and non-transferable licence to access the Service. Any reproduction or representation, in whole or in part, is prohibited without the Publisher's prior authorization.

The public company data returned by the Service comes from open registers released under an open licence; the Publisher claims no ownership of this source data, whose reuse remains subject to the licences of the government bodies that produce it.

Personal data collected in connection with the use of the Service is processed in accordance with Andoxa's Privacy Policy. The User is invited to read it to understand how their data is used and protected.

The site's audience measurement is configured without cookies for visitors; no consent banner is required. Only trackers strictly necessary for the operation of the Service (the authentication session of signed-in users) are used. Details are given in the Privacy Policy.

The Publisher cannot be held liable for direct or indirect damage resulting from the use of the Service. The User is responsible for their use of the Service and for its consequences. In the event of non-compliance with these Terms of Use, the Publisher reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to the Service.

Data from public sources.Company information is returned as published by the public registers and sources consulted. The Publisher guarantees neither its accuracy, nor its completeness, nor its currency, and cannot be held liable for decisions made by the User on the basis of it. It is the User's responsibility to verify the information before any use and to ensure that their own further processing (prospecting, enrichment, etc.) complies with the applicable regulations.

The Service may contain links to third-party sites. The Publisher does not control these sites and cannot be held responsible for their content or their privacy policies. The User is invited to read the terms of use and privacy policies of those sites.

The Service is provided free of charge at this stage, during its construction phase. No subscription or payment is required. Paid offerings may be introduced later; they will be preceded by prior notice to the User and updated terms, under the conditions set out in Section 2.

The User may terminate their account at any time by contacting the Publisher at the following address: contact@andoxa.fr. The Publisher reserves the right to delete an account in the event of non-compliance with these Terms of Use.

The computerized records kept in the Publisher's systems, under reasonable security conditions, will be regarded as evidence of the communications between the User and the Publisher.

These Terms of Use are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, the competent courts will be those of Paris, unless a mandatory legal provision provides otherwise.
