An Andoxa customer contacted you, or you want to know whether we hold your details? Here is where they come from, how long we keep them, and how to object or erase them in one click.

1. Object, erase or see your data

Objection and erasure apply at once, across every customer. A copy of your data is emailed to you within one month.

2. Who processes your data

ANDOXA (SAS), 18 rue du Général Leclerc, 93110 Rosny-sous-Bois, France, contact@andoxa.fr. Andoxa is software that helps companies find business customers.

3. What data, and where it comes from

  • Your name and role as a company officer: French open public registers (INSEE Sirene through the Recherche d'entreprises API, INPI RNE, BODACC).
  • Information about your company: its website, its Google Maps listing, its job postings, its ads and its public reviews.
  • Your work email: looked up at a customer's request with specialised providers (Icypeas, AirScale, Anymail Finder…), then verified (MillionVerifier).
  • Your work phone number: when your company publishes it, or found with specialised providers (AirScale, services available on Apify…).

4. Why

So that an Andoxa customer can offer you something related to your professional activity. The legal basis is legitimate interest (GDPR article 6.1.f): the approach must concern your job, never your private life.

5. Who sees it

Only the Andoxa customer who ran the search: we do not pool contact details between customers. Our technical providers are listed in our privacy policy. If a customer downloaded your details, they become responsible for them: you can also object with them directly.

6. How long

Your email and number are deleted from our systems automatically 30 days after they were collected. If you object, we keep only an encrypted fingerprint of your email or number, with no time limit: it is what guarantees they are never collected again.

7. Your other rights

To correct your data or restrict its processing, write to contact@andoxa.fr. We answer within one month.

You can also lodge a complaint with the CNIL, the French data protection authority: 3 Place de Fontenoy, TSA 80715, 75334 Paris Cedex 07, www.cnil.fr.
