How do monthly credits work?
Every plan includes a credit allowance, renewed each month. You only spend credits on results: a lead, an email or a mobile number found, an enrichment. If the agent finds no email or mobile, nothing is deducted. Public-registry search stays free and unlimited.
Does talking to the agent cost credits?
No, within the included messages: 20 on Free, then 200 a month on Starter, 500 on Pro and 1,200 on Scale. Past that, a message uses a few credits depending on its length.
Do credit packs expire?
No, never. Credits bought as packs are added to your balance and stay there until you use them.
Do I need a credit card to get started?
No. Signing up is free and includes a one-time gift of 100 credits. You pick a plan only when you need one.
